Shipping Method
All orders are shipped within the United States using insured, trackable delivery with signature confirmation. Carriers and service levels are selected at our discretion to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time and will be communicated individually.
Shipping Rates
Belliveau Atelier offers flat-rate shipping for all orders. Shipping charges reflect the cost of secure, insured delivery with tracking and signature confirmation and are non-refundable.
Delivery & Signature Requirement
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address provided. Belliveau Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information.
Insurance & Responsibility
All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit. Once a package is marked as delivered with signature confirmation, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a shipment is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the insurance claim process.

At this time, Belliveau Atelier ships within the United States only. International shipping may be available by inquiry for select orders.
