Refund policy
Belliveau Atelier accepts returns of eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to a refund being issued.
Finished Jewelry Eligible for Return
Finished jewelry purchased directly from Belliveau Atelier may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item shows no signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- The item has not been resized, modified, or altered in any way
- All original packaging is included
Gemstones Eligible for Return
A loose gemstone is considered eligible for return only if all of the following criteria are met:
- The gemstone is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The gemstone is unworn, unset, and unaltered
- The gemstone is returned in original condition, exactly as received
- The gemstone shows no scratches, chips, cracks, abrasions, edge wear, or other damage
- The gemstone has not been polished, recut, treated, or modified in any way
- The gemstone has not been mounted, test-set, or handled by a jeweler
- The gemstone is returned with all original packaging
Any gemstone showing signs of wear, setting, modification, or damage will be deemed ineligible for return and refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order jewelry
- Any item created, altered, or modified at the customer’s request
Due to their custom and one-of-a-kind nature, these items cannot be accepted for return.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact Belliveau Atelier within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, items must be shipped back promptly.
Return shipping costs, insurance, and any required signature confirmation are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, the item will be returned to the customer.
